Easy effort MM style-y walking the ups and jogging the flats and down.
Took the first climb up with Beth and Tom before splitting off.

Tyne Green Parkrun - 18:08
Took it steadyish after dealing with a very tight calf for a few days post Poly session. Made sure I was first by the turn and slowly extended without going too crazy.
Nice course and a much better experience than last time where I re-damaged the calf at the turn.....

What a great little course and area, really fun and a bit varied with some housing estate, parkland and town centre vibes.
Would make a cool sprint proper area.
