had great fun running around with tom and eventually made our way round the light green course.

legs not recovered from glamaig run but still went ok. 1st lap too fast and then lost some pace on last 2 laps and finished 9th and just under 3 mins from winner. conditions good/dry and +12 degrees.

very steep ascent/descent on glamaig hill race route on skye. never quite made the top due to bad light.
