cross country race (strath xc) 40:55 [5] 9.0 km (4:33 / km) +300m 3:54 / km
shoes: walsh racers

legs not recovered from glamaig run but still went ok. 1st lap too fast and then lost some pace on last 2 laps and finished 9th and just under 3 mins from winner. conditions good/dry and +12 degrees.

very steep ascent/descent on glamaig hill race route on skye. never quite made the top due to bad light.

fitness centre treadmill. gradual speed build up after nearly 2 mile warm up. 19.44 for 5k then half mile at 15% incline
