hmmm prob didnt help that i lost track of time and ate half a bar of galaxy before hand....
but manage to keep it down and complete the circuits - pretty tough - loads of sweaty men (mingers). Arms are dead - i am so weak! but legs alright - definately a weekly session me thinks!
morning swim at warrender - not really sure how far (distance is a guess). all pretty moderate pace- bit of harder kick

went to gym to do boxercise with the gals - but turned out it was full of massive hard core boxers - so whimped out and sweated it out in the gym instead - they really need better air con.
still coughing a bit - but feel a lot better.
