Went to do some hill intervals on the hill near my house. Started with a 2:30 minute jog to the top of the hill, then did 5 reps at a slight incline of about 2:10 minutes each, with slightly longer recoveries in between, going back down along a shorter path. Jogged back home afterwards, about 2:30 again.
