If I am not able to overtake you in running, I will show you my back in swimming. In Podoli with lots of people, but I was still able to swimm more than 1.8km. But when I check Basa's log, I can see that overtaking in whatever won't be problem.

My leg still hurts. So I used the time for swimming at least.

My leg still hurts. So I have decided to let my leg rest. And for I didn't want to be lazy, I was in fitcenter and tried to strengthen my upper body.

The rest of SCP attack team is lucky. Down part of my calf hurts a bit. So I decided to have a rest day. It's nonsense to overstrain it, when beginning of season is still so far. Tommorow I am going to visit some graduation ball - well, another lucky day for my rivals. But then, I will return, of course. :-)
