Nice cycling "trip". I rode quite fast, or I tried to be as fast as possible. I went the route which leads through Průhonice, Vestec, Libeň, Zvole, Vrané nad Vltavou, Jarov, Zbraslav, Braník, Výtoň, Palackého nám., Výtoň, Braník, Krč, Roztyly, Chodov and back to my home. I was happy to be at home.

Small training for survival races. :-) After my after-party I went straight to Kotlářka for a schools floorball tournament. I haven't slept at all. New experience - you can run better when you are not fatigued. I had the feeling that my heart was beating with difficulties, as hard as if it was a drum :-D

Running in Krcak with Vrabcak, Kebu and KOSIK! An unforgettable experience. :-D But my leg still hurts. This week is quite weak - because one ball and then my own graduation ball is waiting for me. I will try to cycle on rotoped. The leg sux.

In fitness center. Unfortunately, I missed my strength that day. However I did a few heavy practices for my abdominal muscles. I hope it will do in my preseason training.
