Running warm up/down 10:30 [0] 1.7 km (6:11 / km)

Warm down running on the running circuit after intervals. I hadn't done any warm up training because I had been late.

Running intervals (2x6x200m) 18:30 [5] 2.4 km (7:42 / km)

2x6x200m on the running circuit. Times were from 38'' to 33'' (33'' was really the top, avg time was something about 36.50'') - Pauses about 50'' - slow running ( 133metres = the rest of circuit).

Floorball 1:20:00 [0]

Floorball with my friends in the gym in the evening. It was a bit freer, because some of the friends came quite "in good mood". But after 200m I was happy that I am not supposed to sprint all the time. :-)

I can feel that I still don't have the necessary speed. But a few more interval trainings and it will come.

Training in Krčák with Vrabčák and Bulgarian duo. We ran out of the roads for about 55'-60' then we used the roads as well. Final time 73'. I wanted to be ready for running in the terrain.

I got cold in Slovenia. I had a headache and it was cold outside, so I decided to stay at home and to sweat out during rotoped cycling. I rode in a very fast tempo.
