| God I felt crap. Couldn't get my heart rate up and legs were dead. Sure sign that I'm ill/about to be ill. Decided after 20 mins to just pack it in and went and had a nice cool shower as it was so hot. |

| TURNHOUSE FELL RACE
Got another evening pass and ventured to Edinburgh for my 4th Bog & Burn race.
Forgot to have any food before hand so was v. hungry during the race. Despite that (and the v hot weather) had a good run and finished 15th not that far behind Dixie & just ahead of the 1st woman.
