God I felt crap. Couldn't get my heart rate up and legs were dead. Sure sign that I'm ill/about to be ill. Decided after 20 mins to just pack it in and went and had a nice cool shower as it was so hot.

TURNHOUSE FELL RACE

Got another evening pass and ventured to Edinburgh for my 4th Bog & Burn race.

Forgot to have any food before hand so was v. hungry during the race. Despite that (and the v hot weather) had a good run and finished 15th not that far behind Dixie & just ahead of the 1st woman.

Had planned to run to work as usual but as I was woken up before it got light (again) was too tired to bother. Decided that it would do me no good at all to slowly jog, half asleep to work, so got a lift!
