Headtorch run up the Eildon Hills in the snow. Completely the wrong shoes as it was very muddy/icy and slippery. Also took a couple of wrong turns despite the 12yr old O map. Foot OK to start but really sore after about 30mins. Back to Cross Trainer again.

After a long day presenting/exhibiting at a conference what I needed was a nice relaxing train journey back to Stirling. What I got was a journey from hell resulting in getting stranded at Lancaster Station at 11:00pm (after a bus ride from Preston) due to the train line flooding. Ended up staying the night with friends in Lancaster (after having met Lewis' dad at Lancaster) and starting again on Thursday.
