Aborted re-run of yesterdays route in the snow. Legs were hurting after about 5 mins and left knee (ITB attachment) was achy. Gave up and walked/jogged back home. Did lots of stretching and rolling and it seemed OK. Physio tomorrow.

Glorious day for a long run in the hills.....unfortunately I'm not up to that just yet, so a wee jaunt down to Cambus and along the river before heading home. It was hard work in the snow and with my current level of fitness it was almost a PW. #bottomofthespiral

Lots of walking about (over 6.5km in total) as the car was in the garage all day and it was too snowy in Alloa to drive anywhere. We had about 8cm by lunchtime and we only live at 27m ASL.

Spent about 40 mins shovelling snow inc. driveway, pavement and the road.
