Jog round a bit of the Parkrun with Katie & Hannah (who both did PBs) then 2 loops on the new path around King's Park. Tried to push the pace a bit.

First 2018 run in the Ochils and I did a run up the nearly completed Dumyat motorway path (it was like a bank holiday Monday in Cornwall). To the top in 18mins then a lovely (lonely) run back down off the shoulder. Never saw another soul. A wee loop on the new path around the Cockburn reservoir to round off a fabulous run. It felt great to be out running and nothing hurt ☺

Green course at Laigh Hills with Lucy. A bit stop start and we didn't do it all but navigational she was fine.

Had to rush of to go Karting afterwards. 3rd place☺

Trying to keep the momentum going but without doing too much running, so put on my inline skates again and headed out. Lovely warm & sunny lunchtime, not too many folk on the cycle path and I didn't fall over. Pretty sweaty by the end!!

Session 2 of Couch to 5k with Lucy. Same as Tuesday with 5 mins warm-up followed by 90 secs run 60 secs walk. Pretty busy along the cycle path due to the nice weather.

At the doctors this morning to get my blood results. All my bloods were completely normal and there is nothing wrong with me....then he sent me for a chest x-ray as I still have this bad chesty cough from Xmas/New Year

Going along nicely until about 30 mins when I suddenly went "bonk" and felt all faint. Stopped and went and had a rest. Foot worse today for some reason

Took the girls for a Tuesday run. 5min walking warm-up then 60 secs walk 90 secs run for 20 mins (session 1 week 1 from couch to 5k). From Cambus to Menstire and back, I just jogged along shouting "encouragement".
