Out on the cottage MTB while Super did intervals. Crazy drivers on the cottage roads...as usual up here!

In and around the trails by our house with Ben on his bike. Ben is such a trooper riding through the grass and bumpy trails...cheering me on all the way!!

Afternoon run with the Benner on his bike. Felt good and it was nice to have company.

Strength training with superwes and his garbage weights. I'm too much of a princess though so I didn't touch the garbage weights!
