good ride this morn lots of hills quick tempo, felt very strong.
upper body was sore from core this week.

todays ride anerobic thrshhold intervals
tightness in chest night proir on deep inhales, not sure what caused it.
But after this morning I can verify the heart is ok, must be muscular goes into shoulder.
