| running wise felt really tired after previous 3 days - unfit!
was on first leg of mens short, made 2 big mistakes at 2 (was with the leaders before 2) and 5 (the same place tom did...), they were close together and ended up navigating to 5 from 2 again... lost a lot of time on these 2 controls (~4mins) came back in 24th position, helena and tom ran after and we finished 25th, not too bad. | ||

| JK Sprint, ran mens open course, ran clean and hard at the start and was lying 2nd after 9 then started to tire. Made a few small mistakes but overall pleased with 10th out of ~150 (the elites were on another course) | ||
