highlight was running behind two 'larger' women on shandwick place, who seemed incapable of noticing me trying to get passed while humming queen's 'fat bottomed girls'. Resorted to saying 'could leave some space to get passed when you're so slow'. Wished I'd said 'get out the way, just cos you're so fat you take up the whole pavement doesn't mean you have to be so inconsiderate' | ||

totally shattered after last 2 weeks, been feeling a bit full of the cold since the Lakes weekend and probably shouldn't have run at the weekend, going ot take the week off, perhaps run ESOC long O on Sunday. | ||

felt a lot better today, was first leg for ESOC men's open team. Ran hard after missing the first control a bit. Struggled a bit physically but much much better than yesterday. Team wasn't high up in the rankings but we weren't last!! (I was 8th back on my leg) | ||
