Orienteering race (Relay (1st leg)) 47:57 [4] 4.4 km (10:54 / km) +235m 8:36 / km
ahr:176 max:189 shoes: VJ Twister

Slow simply due to my sore legs. Lost about 2 min on control 15, but other than that was mainly just slow.
Enjoyed the course which was less physical than expected (",)

Orienteering race (W21S) 56:21 [5] 4.3 km (13:06 / km) +135m 11:20 / km
shoes: VJ Twister

Won my class, which is a novel experience these days. Which felt good.
Wasn't exactly an amazing run though, especially having a silly route to number 1 and confusing myself to waste a few minutes at number 5.
Quite happy with my run though, as legs were still tired from Wednesday.

Was all over the shop for the first half, but seems I made great progress on people in the second half (judging by Routegadget) which bodes well.

First ever hill-race.
I was pretty happy with the performance as I really didn't know what to expect.
Though those heart-rates are scary!

Definitely room for improvement.
