Mostly cool down with SJ as I totally messed up timing before starting and was rushing.

Orienteering race (PEEC) 16:28 [5] 2.4 km (6:52 / km) +51m 6:12 / km

NAOC Sprint - W21E - WRE - 10/37

Had a decent run, pushing much better than in the other races. I can still handle the short sprints!
Was going quite well - careful, but pushing - until I faffed up the last few in a row. Just a bit too excited to be near the end I think.

Still suffering with the ankle and effort in terrain. So faffed my way around this course slowly. No huge mistakes, but just way too long for me these days. Pace is slooow.

Well this was pretty awful. Very scrappy navigation and got particularly confused on #9. Caught a group for the final loop though so that went a bit better.
