Had a tough time getting going but once I did I felt good. Hurting on the big climbs but made them. Moderate effort. Need to get in some longer rides

Had a hard time getting to the workout. Did a mile TT - 6:48. Didn't feel good although I feel pretty good at 8 min miles. HR recovers very quickly

Trail run at Sterling Point. Felt good in the beginning but struggled at the end

2d workout of day. Had tough time getting out the door. Felt pretty good
