Pain during workout, enough to skip lats. PU hurt…and maybe chest should be at end of workout. Maybe I only go away with this intensity of workout the first day because of accumulated rest? Shoulder pain went away by shower time an hour later, but knee pain commenced. Shoulder pain returned after shower due to computer sitting.
