slow run. felt twinging in knee. hurried sretch due to study date. 1.5, 2 hrs later have 4 level pain

30s of obliques with weight in between…bad…hurt my shoulder I think

Pushups (First 50 really easy, got tired on next sets/felt pain in shoulder)

Used hand to stabilize, was not painful

After elevator, a minute doing LL on rings

Pain during workout, enough to skip lats. PU hurt…and maybe chest should be at end of workout. Maybe I only go away with this intensity of workout the first day because of accumulated rest? Shoulder pain went away by shower time an hour later, but knee pain commenced. Shoulder pain returned after shower due to computer sitting.

Got tiring at end due to holding bar lower

Tiring! Good form, squeeze back

Shoulders, 30s of situps as rest between sets

Lat pull, 30s of Russian twists between sets

Bench felt weird at first. Improved with form and holding lower, squeezing back. rows were tiring and good form. Shoulders were hard, a little painful. Cut last set of lats due to pain.

Do NOT hold weight off bench for LL even though it’s a grata b workout. Hurts shoulder.

Focused on good form on lat pull. Very little pain. Could feel that pressure on shoulder wasn’t good during bench press. Perhaps bad form?
