| didn't notice the scale at the start and went way past a few at the beginning - after that though i got into a rhythm and thought the forest was great and runnable!! annoyed because i had a stitch and it slowed me down loads!!!! |

| Start training in Cannop Ponds
-Control pick, enjoyed loads, got to run with (not follow) Helen for the last 3/4 controls this made me realise that its the speed of my orienteering that is letting me down and i my running has improved a lot over winter!!!
-1st leg relay simulation - complete disaster - didn't see anyone after number 1!!! |
