cycling (Stirling BC Sat ride) 2:30:00 [5] 37.0 mi (4:03 / mi)

out with stirling BC, first time in ages - started i felt ok then when steeply down hill when everyone decided to go a bit faster on the horribly boring, flat and windy rodes coming out of Stirling to Kippen - struggled on the first climb through Kippen and down into Fintry but then i felt a lot better and was able to go for it on the climbs. was really hard but great fun trying to keep up with the faster guys in the club.

good - felt a lot more in gluts then last week - i think its just a sign I'm getting better at the exercises!

realy nice area - didn't push as hard as i could, found myself with 2 left and lots of energy - also i took a rubish route to a few of the controls!
