I am going to beat this thing! My new mission is to try to do a ten minutes session every time I go to the gym (time permitting). IMy goal is to do ten minutes at a good speed and then move up from there! In Two weeks I want the distance to be 1.2 miles. Let's do it!

Walked for four minutes and then had intentions of running for a couple of minutes, but I pressed on and ran the rest of the time.... SIX MINUTES STRAIGHT! I SOOOOOOO ROCK! lol Had a two mintues cool down at the end! This is awesome! I do have to say though... a couple of minutes in I was feeling some lower back pain... a new pain and it didn't feel too good. Just pushed though and after about two minutes of running it was a bit better.

Did a bunch of different ab weights as this is my problem area (major one at least) and I am always scared and embarassed to work on it... so... I am tackling that one now. Another new goal, every other gym seesion to work on the abs!
Legs, I did several different things and worked them pretty good. Calves, hamstings, hips, etc....

Time for warm down and I chose to tackle the dreaded Arc Trainer. Only stayed on for five minutes with KT as I wanted to do another run before the gym closed.

Waned to spend a bit more time running but the gym was closing and they kicked us out! Sucked!
Was in a pretty good groove with running. Walked the first three minutes then ran for four minutes and then cool down for a miinute when they kicked us out. Poopers! :)

Had to go down to pamper my feet from the workouts (second toenail on my left foot is black from the workouts and am pretty sure the toenail is going to fall off!
So
I walked. This was pretty much right after the workout as well so didn't lose too much momentum. It was a casual walk but down some pretty big hills in the Beaches. Felt nice and had good strength!

Was going to TTC it home, but I missed the bus and the sun was shining, so hey why not?! I wanted to spend more time on the treadmill so why not take advantage of the sun and the Toronto fresh air. :)
According to Mapquest it is a 1.5 mile walk.
