Getting back to a more organized running schedule. (We'll see how long this — and online Garmin tracking — lasts.)
Headed up and over Bear Hill - a slower pace than other recent runs and about 200m of quick walking up the more vertical/steep bits. I'll take advantage of the warm weather here before headed back east.
