Sandstone Trail B Race

The last year Deeside are organising this so just had to do it. Played it safe and ran the shorter race. 3 minutes quicker than I did in 2010 but slightly disappointingly only slightly quicker minutes per km as I ran on the longer course in 2012. A few muddy fields but mostly good and the sun was out.

At times it felt hard and then other times that I was just cruising along.
