Ran fairly controlled so as to give the injury a good test but not push it too much. Maybe got a little carried away at the end with the sprint finish but not damage seems to have been done.

Made a significant mistake on 12. Though as I came down I was maybe drifting a little to the left but then stopped way too early, to be fair the map wasn't great there - definitely felt like I was on a hill but nothing shown there on the map.

Ran with Luke from ~10 to finish.

Moved from Tarbert to Stornoway, so in leisure centre there.

Was not feeling very up for this but after about 25mins of efforts perked up and decided to do more than I originally intended.

Loads of signs up saying 'max 20mins on cardio machines, I was there for 90mins but expect for maybe the first 30mins it wasn't that busy.

6 XT machines. All different. I ended up on the one which was the same as the one in Tarbert, once I got into it was fine.
