WU,WD and tempo.
Very quick change of shoes and into tempo after 1500 as wanted to get a bit more out of the day. Not feeling great so kind of plodded along but not feeling like I wanted to/could go much faster anyway.
Running race 4:13 [5] 1.5 km (2:49 / km)
East district 1500. Entered this a while ago but lost interest and so did all the hill races last week and so feeling a bit rubbish. Got myself up for it and went out in 64 but quickly faded. Didn't even manage to muster my usual sprint finish either.
I think for the next while I will do track sessions but hill,o and maybe road races as track isn't so fun when not fit.
