Back has been getting slowly better and the diagnosis was spondylolisthesis and probably had some minor fracture or damage causing the pain.
Been doing a load of exercises for a couple of weeks now to strengthen bits and generally just gotta take things easy. Biking and uphill running are okay though due to low impact and back position. Still slowly working in the running though and happy to take my time a bit and mostly enjoying the mountain biking.

Testing things a bit as there was some downhill sections also bonked in the heat and struggled the last 5minutes quite badly. Awesome track though.
