Sprint Relay

Phi fest. Was leading the race through the first two phi loops then I tried going back through the phi again instead of heading to the next one and lost 20s and a load of places.

Laura had to do a whole phi twice though after a mistake so not our day.

Mostly a steady walk up at probably easy run effort then ran down some scree for fun before walking down the rest,
