Ambersham alright area bit rough in some places and heather was horrible so ran quite a bit further round paths in some areas. Didnt lose very much time got beaten by the 3 army guys though.

spent an hour being prodded and poked very methodically by physio guy it was my tass screening thing had to do some running and a lot of stretching in places i never knew could stretch.
No major problems

Sore Lower back
Very tight itb's
pronate slightly on right foot
Tight solerio something like that muscle by achilles.
