Run around Chantonbury ring. Loop in the woods then tried to summon the Devil but it didn't work, maybe he is on a Christmas holiday.

Long reps with the Brighton group.
Was going to do my 3k tempo but saw no point with 50mph winds.
1500-2x1k-1500-2x1k-1500.
I was hanging off the back of the lead group which meant going off too fast and reduced recoveries. All reps finished with a small hill rep making it extra tough. The last 3 were tough and got dropped quickly.
Not sure if tired or the wind just really affecting pace.
