Running 46:55 intensity: (42:09 @2) + (4:46 @5) 10.13 km (4:38 / km) +19m 4:35 / km
shoes: Asics flats

3x1mile relays. Found some randomers to make a team.

Time to slap myself in the face and see what happens. My legs felt like lead warming up and still having some breathing problems.
Went on first leg and was swimming in lactate after about 400m then it was pain from then on and really felt like I couldn't push and died into the wind on the last 100m.
Finished and took a sec to get my breathing in track.

Despite all this I managed to run a respectable 4:48. I know on Sunday I will most likely feel like I did today and not the amazing feeling I had 2 weekends ago. Yet shit happens and now at least I know I am still moving at an okay pace even if it feels awful. So I will race and it will most likely feel awful but at least I know I should be moving at a good pace and with that the performances will come.

Being pissed off is over and now I am very excited again. It is going to be a good week.

Short tempo effort. Rain and wind made it hard work and unenjoyable.

Been ill after dying on a run Tuesday. Alternating between sweating and shivering has been very uncomfortable along with breathing trouble.
Been on the up since friday but did no training when at home an went to anniversary games which was fun.

Ran round the seat all good apart from feeling a bit off with the breathing. Easy session tomorrow to see how I feel.
