To decathlon and tescos. Nearly bought a racing vest as I'm otherwise unsure how to conveniently carry water on a long race. Gonna try milk bottle round the strap but worried it will rub/be very annoying.

Play in the woods around Bonaly then up Copelaw and Harbour with across some tussocks down to reservoir then up. Then a hands on knees climb up steep side of Castlelaw, Allermuir, Caerketton, Swanston and home.
No food or drink and was struggling on the last 3-4k back home.

Aim was a tempo session on Allermuir but called it at 1 instead of 2 as it started raining and I got cold. Along with a persistently tight hamstring. Put in an effort along Braidburn also.

Tempo loop would be really good. Up Allermuir down the large track to pumphouse, flat bit and then kick up the end to the start. Unfortunately went the wrong way at the bottom so had some terrain to deal with then got back on track but again went wrong way and stopped in some gorse.

An ad hoc session on the seat. Do enjoy these pick a hill and run hard then find another one and repeat. Crags, Saddle, MFD, Bog and dragonsback. Feeling okay. Hit the wall on the wall of MFD as I tried to really go for that one otherwise stayed fairly strong.
