Mountain Biking with Laura at Glentress.
My first ever time properly mountain biking. Was pretty crap at the beginning. Especially going uphill as I kept just pulling the front tyre off the ground when going round the hairpins. Got more confident on the downhills as I started to realise the bikes can actually handle a fair battering.

Bus halfway home then over Craiglockhart to Blackford for 10x~18sec shallow hills. Felt rough running with my bag but took it off for the hills and felt much better.

HFW via Pentlands with a collection of efforts of different lengths thrown in. Lovely evening and not feeling too bad. Hamstrings still a bit sore.
