WU with Laura down to Killing fields and did some strides then to CSE. Came home a bit early and had a little nap as crashed hard today but feeling okay running

Decided to go for treadmill session again as it seemed to work last time and was pretty windy. Very similar to last time.
4x1k(2:30) then did a 2k rep to finish in 3:00, 2:59,2:58, 2:57, 6:00.
Am curious to see what the times look like when I get down and do something similar on the track.

WD back round killing fields and back via Lidl.

After a rather stressful and late day and work was not feeling up for this along with a dodgy stomach went out thinking of the least effort reps I could do.
Decided longer reps would need less so would be easier so went for 500's. Yet bailed on these early as they are quite a long way and just went a bit ad hoc. Legs feeling okay but everything else wasn't game so just eeked out the bare minimum to count as a session.
