Orienteering 38:17 [3] 7.47 km (5:07 / km) +10m 5:05 / km

ESOC ultrasprints. Good fun again. Felt so awful from the off probably due to lack of WU. On 3rd one I did the longest course and Laura was on shortest so went so deep to try and beat her. Incredibly grim but running at a sort of respectable pace. Then a fairly clean maze makes it 8 from 8 over last 2 years.
Knee sore but best it's been. Confident about SHI completion. Less confident about my fitness.

Definitely no Caerketton though :(

Exploring Craigmillar with Laura with me on bike. Happy knee felt not awful biking. Exploring was tough though. Can't just hop over a wall so easily with a bike.

Knee still sore but decided to see if I could run. Wasnt ideal but managed. Also went rockpooling and found a rock stack. Climbed up a bit then got scared then realised I was a bit stuck. Made it down in the end.

So as well as a sore knee my elbow managed to get infected and was like a red sausage dog from sat to wed. So I just did the classic summer school and ate and drank a lot. By todayI was pretty bored of studying bacteria so snuck out for the compulsory chariots of fire run. Unfortunately knee quite sore and rest of me a fat lump.
