Calves are really bad after treadhills and track. Hoping grass at KF would help. Did a 22min tempo then joined the boys for a couple of 6min reps. The tempo was horrid but then feeling much better with some company.

It went better than expected. I had very low expectations. Still got dropped bad and missed the last k as only managed 2:33 for the 8. Looking forward to a winter of these to get back to some speedy shape.

Only made 30min on treadhill today. Getting so bored of it. Also to gym then went to meadows to watch Laura do the meadows 2 mile swim-run.

Treadhill session.

10,10,8(2) @5min/km 10%. Finished with 8 as that is when the treadmill stops and also I was dying. Was supposed to be threshold but was feeling more like a V02 test at the end.

Some WU and WD on treadmill along with running to and from gym.
