Long bike adventure with Laura cycling back from Kinghorn. Really nice path most the way. Lots of mud :)
Tiring towards the end but a stop for a mars bar and some figs sorted me out at Dalmeny.

Achilles was mostly behaving. A couple of small twinges made my 99% decision sure now that I unfortunately won't be doing Scottish Sprint Champs tomorrow.

R achilles was really sore and in the end had to walk as couldn't run anymore. It was a little bit sore this morning but not too bad. Started this run okay then it got sore, better then sore again.

Same one I had a problem with in Spain. Been a tough month for achilles though with Ski/snow , track race, sand, snow and treadmill.

Feeling very naff on WU and just as bad on the session but managed to get through 90% of the session (meant to be a 3 at the end).
