Bit easier this week as slightly tired after yesterday. Ran with Tom Cunningham and another guy. Legs are getting better at taking the miles on these runs which is nice.

Scottish Unis XC 5th.

Fun race. Started off what felt easyish and was with Carcas by ourselves 10-15m off a massive group of about 10. Only knew two of them so was feeling confident and quickly it split on the up and down. Just slowly working my way through and halfway through the race I was into 5th. Put in a dig to catch Sasha and Alex and was 10-15m down but paid for it and then just sort of ground it out in no-mans land. Constant checking behind for a closing Eddie but luckily had enough of a gap not to worry too much.

Solid Scottish unis of 10th(dodgy ankle) ,5th,6th and 5th. Nothing like consistency. Well maybe getting better would be nice.
