Fun race, lots of laps and lots of orienteers about cheering was nice. Might try and get some more top end speed at some point this year or just stay on the hills and the forests.

Avoiding sand so hit the gravel trails. 3 loops of the hill then to the cars. Feeling good. Think it's just nice to get rolling again. The run was what I imagine training in the US is like. Rolling gravel tracks in the countryside and tops off.

Nice sprint round a standard med old hilly town. Not too complicated though. Died up the hill at the end.

Another old town sprint. Harder this time but stupidly overplanned as we were pretty much at the finish then did a boring 5min loop.
Made a few mistakes but generally feeling okay in this sort of terrain.
