Went to road relays to marshall and run a slow leg for the 2nd team if need be. In the end only 5 people turned up so ran last leg in 1st team. My condition was not much quicker than 4min/ks. A bit excited to begin with up the hill but then eased nicely. As it got downhill and big tailwind I think I could of walked at 4min/ks but all felt very easy.
Pretty confident I was the fastest in full length lycra, long sleeves and gloves.
