Usual 10x40/20 on Watt bike. Tired but felt the need for some lactate and heavy sweating after a pretty low intensity high volume week.

Long run from Dunbar to Cockburnspath/Cove and back again. With Laura on the bike on the way out and was nicely matched as enough rockier sections, sand and mud to even us out. Then stopped for 15min halfway at Cove harbour which was a really cool place. Then Laura went off to do some faster cycling on roads as I headed back.
Harrison parked it a bit on the way back which was nice and felt pretty strong all the way.

Weather was a lovely drizzle the whole way and tailwind on the out, headwind back.
