Wanted to train early as I knew after a day cleaning the flat I would be tired so was ready to and rearing to do parkrun with Liam this morning and some nice miles then walked out the kitchen at 8 to find a broken Laura . So a bit of a panicky morning but all seems okay and got a days cleaning in and the flat is done.
As expected very tired by the end so jibbed running.

Managed 10min tempo (80s) and [800(60)400(3min)]x2 +400m.
Again feeling tired but had some bad stomach problems too and skipped the 3rd 800 but a toilet break didn't fix it so tried a 400 and wasn't too quick and struggling.
Then a shuffle home and had stomach cramps throughout the evening.
At least the reps I did do were at a good pace and felt like I could of managed 4 sets maybe so hopefully the legs are coming back to me. I have a lot of motivation for speed training at the moment, but unfortunately clashed with a very tired body that needs resting.
