Swam home in the thunderstorm. Well nearly, roads flooded at hw so was wading a bit then fartlek on the canal hiding under each bridge for a few seconds rest.

Sprintelope on the door step and EUOC boys turned up for a mass start. Got a bit dropped at the beginning but small black lines for big uncrossable walls got us back together then got a gap with Dan with the off the map routechoice and got outkicked easily enough. My orienteering was good for the most part.

The hounds fractured and just myself and Mike tonight. I skipped the tempo and did
2x[2k(2min),1k(2min)2x400(30s)] 10min off between sets.

Set2 -- 6:21, 3:03, 70, 68

Very happy and all by myself apart from the k in the first set where I joined with Mike in his 2k. Absolutely tipped it down in the first set which was fun. I love doing sessions in the warm rain.
