Long run with first part round the fields then the event at windmill hill which was great fun. Then a lap of the area to finish.

Felt a lot better than last time I was here and enjoyed it a lot.

Wolstonbury Hill session

One long rep then 20min continuous hills (9x70s) and then one final steep rep.

Managed to avoid the worst of the mud and uphill my leg felt fine. Bit sore when overextending on the downhills. Absolutely cooked on the final steep one.

Back on British soil.

A pretty awesome trip to China. I really enjoyed the terrains for the WC and some respectable results, then PWT was a cool couple of weeks and it was good to be right in the mix with the big boys during the races.

Fancied joining the group again so went to this. Legs felt okay but head was very tired unsurprisingly as it was about 3am in China.
