Fun blast on the downs. Achilles good, groin started hurting yesterday though.
Pain appeared towards the end of run yesterday but is an acute pain in certain positions. Just pinged about once a k otherwise not noticeable.

Scrapped planned bike ride as the brakes were getting very bad. So just went and bought some new pads and spent the afternoon trying to fix it. One of the wires seems kaput though which is currently beyond my expertise.
