Easy jog then to and from the start about 3 times as I still had jacket on, wrong dibber and generally not knowing what was happening.

SYO event at Tankersley.

Was able to run but had no energy from the start to push the pace and be aggressive. Was struggling by the end but able to keep a solid plod on.
On the plus side the navigation was pretty good and it was very nice to be back finding flags again.
