NOC Elite Sprint

Was very unsure coming into this with pretty much no fast running in the last 5 months but it was a good chance to test the Achilles, have some fun orienteering and see some people.

Thankfully I remembered how to orienteer and technically had what felt like an extremely good performance. Struggling with any top end speed and I seemed to die off a bit towards the end of the course. Still got the aerobic engine and some agility and very happy to just be in contention at the moment.

Split a course in two and not going hard at all, felt grim but the pace was a bit quicker than I expected for the fiddlyness. Very enjoyable, forgot what a class little area it is in there.
