WC2 Mixed Sprint Relay, Nervi.

3rd leg after Charlotte and Hoddy with Fiona last.

Out a bit down but still with fast people just not the super elite. Mostly on top of the nav in the first part, a few inefficient lines but nothing significant.
Feeling tired as the uphill started on second loop but kept it clean. Annoying tiny alleys with two way traffic made downhill overtakes near impossible which was a shame.
One scare on the top road to 18 as the Finnish guy went down an alley early. I thought it was wrong but still stopped for a few seconds to check.
Nice to get a good run in after yesterday's disaster.

WC 2 Sprint Voltri.

Very excited for some forest and downhill sprint. On it for first 3 but not reading quite enough and made some guy decisions which completely failed on 4 and 5. A bit flustered but good to 8.
Only saw low on 9 and went but brain stopped working and first went up early and then on the route just got very confused. It was easy and I had it planned but was looking ahead and just got lost whilst I'm the right place.
Generally good from then on, one overshoot of about 5-6s and physically struggling.
