Helped out at Edale Fell Race then off for a run after.
Windy, cold and a few heavy showers was not particularly ideal.
Slogged up Jacobs ladder into the headwind then just found a nice track beneath the west face. Up then back to the trig. Started tipping it down so got my head down and headed off Grindslow knoll. Got a bit confused, which wasn't surprising as I wasn't on Grindslow. A steep bilberry descent to the valley then around the foot of Grindslow and back.
Right Achilles pretty sore, not sure if it's the shoes rubbing an inflamed Achilles or actual Achilles pain. It didn't hurt doing the sessions yesterday. Annoying as not had major pain for a year or so.
On the upside the ankle didn't mind the rough bits even though I was a bit cautious.

35s on hill with steep steps to finish.
Right Achilles and foot aching a fair amount.

Attackpoint said 635m climb which I think is a bit of an overestimation!
